We had the pleasure of hosting the Italian school IPALBTUR “Giovanni Trecroci” through the Erasmus+ program!
Students and teachers from the school’s tourism departments (gastronomy, reception, and tourism services) visited our academy, cooked with us, and shared their knowledge and passion for gastronomy!
Through this cultural and educational experience:

✅ We guided our guests through local attractions
✅ We worked together in the kitchen, exchanging techniques and experiences
